The Hearing Centre solution is as easy as 1,2,3...
- A hearing test is completed and the Hearing Aid Consultant will advise you of the best, most suitable hearing device to suit you. At this stage an impression of your ear is taken to ensure the most accurate personalised hearing aid for you.
- Within 2 – 3 weeks your hearing aid(s) will be ready and you will return to The Hearing Centre for a fitting, where the dispenser ensures you are comfortable with your hearing aid(s) and how to use and care for them.
- Within 3 – 6 weeks later you will be invited back for an follow up customer care appointment where we will aim to eliminate any problems you may have in wearing or using your hearing aids.
